Training Opportunities
The following training resources are available through the UC Davis Learning Management System (LMS). If you are a student or visiting scholar, you must request access to the system before you can complete your training. Please email sdps@ucdavis.edu to request access to the system.
*Please Note* In order to limit the potential for spread of COVID-19 the IACUC office is currently only offering in person training in handling(marked with * below) and techniques/skills that are an immediate requirement for ongoing approved research and that cannot be completed by staff on the protocol with whom the trainee would already be interacting. If this applies to your situation please e-mail Bob Favorite at rwfavorite@ucdavis.edu with the following information:
- What specific techniques need to be taught?
- What is your current comfort level with handling these species?
- Under which protocol(s) is this being performed?
- When will the project begin for which the skills are needed?
Training can be arranged in species and techniques not listed below by submitting a request to Bob Favorite at rwfavorite@ucdavis.edu.
