Whitney provides analytical support, guidance, and oversight for initiatives pertaining to research development, strategic initiatives, and research unit activities. She works closely with the AVC and IR&SI group to carry out strategic planning, develop domestic and international partnerships and seed funding programs, and advance special projects. Whitney has a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from UC Davis.
