The Office of Research Human Resources Unit supports the advancement of research, by working in partnership with staff, directors, supervisors, and managers to efficiently and effectively facilitate simple to complex staffing actions. We accomplish this by providing one-on-one consultations; HR compliance support; understanding and interpretation of system-wide procedures, programs, initiatives and employment laws and regulations; developing individual/unit services that create a work environment of employee empowerment and satisfaction; and delivering a level of HR customer service that is second to none.
