NORDP Region Meeting

National Organization of Research Development Professionals
Pacific Regional Meeting

National Organization of Research Development Professionals (NORDP) Pacific Region VII invites you to join us for a two-day conference event. Attend the 2019 NORDP Pacific Regional Meeting to extend your network, establish new partnerships, and learn best practices, processes, and more from research development (RD) colleagues from across the Western region.

The conference will take a look at:

  • 2019 NORDP national annual conference RD presentations and trends;
  • Key perspectives for the long-term sustainability of RD operations;
  • Insights into current practices and strategies for complex proposal development;
  • Opportunities to enhance regional engagement and research collaborations; and
  • Career guidance and knowledge-sharing for professional development.

A keynote speaker will open the meeting on Day one, followed by five, one-hour sessions consisting of presentations, roundtables, and breakouts. The day will conclude with a campus tour and networking dinner.  On Day Two, the keynote will include a panel, followed by four additional engaging presentations, roundtables, and breakout sessions. The meeting will close with an open forum on how NORDP can continue to promote regional engagement throughout the year.
