Zoonoses of Nonhuman Primates

Please email [email protected] to request access to the system.This 20 minute course is designed to educate users about nonhuman primate zoonoses and give guidance about protection techniques. It also covers what to do in the event a monkey escapes. Course objectives include:

  • Understanding disease transmission.
  • Identifying disease control procedures.
  • Identifying proper PPE.
  • Recognizing ways to minimize exposure.
