Research Pathways to Impact

Launch Event: Research Pathways to Impact

Please join us for a conversation on how new approaches in team science are leading to unprecedented advances in research outcomes across disciplines. Panelists will include Vice Chancellor for Research Prasant Mohapatra, Dean Allison Brashear from the School of Medicine and Dean Michael Lairmore from the School of Veterinary Medicine. Prasant Mohapatra will also provide an update on the status of our research enterprise and answer questions from the audience.

The discussion will be followed by an introduction to the new Research Pathways to Impact program —a suite of online programming presented by the Office of Research to help researchers and innovators advance their programs and careers. The series will provide the campus research community with a platform offering regular interactions around themes of common interest (including emerging research areas), access to research development resources and guidance on best practices.

Moving forward, the program will offer regularly scheduled sessions with three dedicated tracks:

  • Grant Writing and Research Funding
  • Future Frontiers in Research
  • Research Career Accelerator

The event will include time to answer questions from the audience.
