To secure IRS assistance, please email a completed request form to Sheryl Soucy-Lubell, director and editorial coordinator. Be sure to include the name of the program and solicitation number, if available, as well as any critical deadlines (e.g., letter of intent, preliminary proposal, full proposal). Upon receipt of the request, she will contact you to discuss the opportunity and the development and preparation services IRS can provide your research team.
