Troubleshooting Guide
Problem: I can’t log into the learning center to take my online training. If you get an error like this:
Solution: You will need to email Staff Development and request a Learning Center Account so you can take the online training.
Problem: I can’t log into the RSS tools to review the Hazard Assessment and complete my PPE training:
Solution: If you get an error here, you need to be added to the lab roster before you can accomplish this step. Contact your PI or lab manager to get added the lab.
Problem: My PI can’t see my name from the pull down list to add me to their lab:
Solution: Sometimes your name will not show from the pull down list. You just need to log into Risk and Safety Solutions and your name will be available from the pull down list.
