Administer User Rights
Assign User Rights Directly (without booking a training):
- From HOME >> Select RIGHTS tab
- Under “Create/change/revoke super users, novice users, autonomous users,”
- Select System
- Select User
- Select Rights Level
- Novice: must be assisted by a staff member when using the instrument
- Autonomous: can use the instrument unassisted by a staff member
- Super User: can use and make changes to the instrument the same as a Core Admin
- Select Create
Change or Deactivate User Rights:
- From HOME >> Select RIGHTS tab
- Under “View rights, filter by,”
- Select System
- Click Go
OR - Select a User
- Click Go
- From the list under User rights, find your user
- Select Convert to – to change their right status
OR - Select Deactivate to remove user rights for the instrument(s)
- Select Convert to – to change their right status
