Generate Estimates

  1. From HOME select the ORDER tab
  2. Select the appropriate user in the Make this order on behalf of this user drop down
  3. Select the appropriate project in the Attach this order to this project drop down (if your Core is utilizing Projects)
  4. Select the appropriate financial account for the order
  5. Services and consumables available for order:
    Add desired Quantity on the appropriate service line(s)
    Add a comment to communicate additional information the customer provided
  6. Review quantities and service and click Save Estimate at bottom right
  7. Confirm by clicking OK
  8. Estimate ref. # will be provided on next page
  9. Add a comment to communicate additional information from staff to customer
  10. Select Send this Estimate by email to have the estimate emailed directly to the customer through Stratocore PPMS
    • Alternatively, you may Export as a spreadsheet or Print/create PDF and email your customer outside of Stratocore PPMS

Modify an Estimate

  1. From HOME select the ORDERS tab
  2. Change your view to Estimates
  3. Select the Estimate Ref # to open the Estimate
    • Change the associated project:
      • Select Change project and choose from the drop down menu
      • Click Save
    • Change the financial account:
      • Select Change Account and choose from the drop down menu
      • Click Save
    • Edit a service line on the order:
      • Click edit next to the quantity to change the quantity
      • Changing the quantity to “0” (zero) will cancel the line
    • Add Services or Consumables to the Estimate:
      • Click Show Order Panel at the bottom of the page
        • Add desired Quantity on the appropriate service line(s)
        • Select Add Lines
  4. Select Send this Estimate by email to have the estimate emailed directly to the customer through Stratocore PPMS
    • Alternatively, you may Export as a spreadsheet or Print/create PDF and email your customer outside of Stratocore PPMS
