Approve User Account Creation Requests

  1. Click on the User Account Creation Request notification on the Home page (or link in notification e-mail) related to your Core
  2. Verify the fields for accuracy (refer to the below table for guidelines)
  3. Check the “Send notification by e-mail” box and select the user
    • Group PI e-mail address will receive an automatic notification
  4. Click Proceed to approve the account and grant the user access to PPMS

 

*Note: It is important to verify no external customer tries to join an internal group or vice versa.
