Request a Training
Some facilities may have instruments available for public use.
If you can see instruments available under the Schedules Tab but you are unable to make a reservation, you may be required to receive training on the instrument.
- From HOME >> select REQUEST Tab
- Under Training Requests, select the specific Training Request Form
- Complete the questions on the form
- Select Submit
- The facility will reach out to you to set up a time for training.
- After your training is complete, access will be granted to the calendar of the instrument you received training on.
*Please note:
– If you have received training on an instrument previously and do not have access to book, please contact the facility directly.
– This guide is based off standard settings – each facility may follow a slightly different process.
– Not every facility will have instruments available for public use.
