Internal eRA systems

These systems are used by UC Davis to conduct research administration processes and transactions

    • UC Biosafety: Biological Use Authorizations (BUAs) are required for research involving certain activities or materials, such as recombinant DNA technology, work with infectious agents, work with human or non-human primate materials, or the storage of biohazardous materials. BUA applications are approved by the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC).
    • eCOI: Allows investigators to electronically sign and submit all financial conflict of interest (COI) disclosures online, regardless of the disclosure requirements imposed by the funding source.
    • IACUC Application: Animal Care and Use Protocols must be approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) before any activities (research, teaching, or testing) are conducted on live, vertebrate-animals. This online application will assist you in submitting your activities.
    • IRBNet: A robust set of electronic tools supporting the management, submission, review and oversight of human subjects research protocols.
    • Pivot: Comprehensive, editorially maintained database of funding opportunities.
    • Research Core Facilities Program: Enables access to state-of-the-art research equipment and services around campus.
    • InfoReady Review: An online system in which the researcher can search for internal funding opportunities and apply to Limited Submission opportunities (extramural programs that require internal coordination).
